GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE “GENERAL PUBLIC”

1.1 General Information

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales transactions concluded by the Monts d’Azur Biological Reserve.

Special conditions apply depending on the type of product sold.

The Monts d’Azur Biological Reserve sells:

– Tickets for access to the Reserve

– Food and accommodation

– Merchandise

– Packages, as defined in Article 2 of the Law of July 13, 1992

These general terms and conditions and the special conditions applicable depending on the product sold are an integral part of the sales contract.

1.2 Capacity

All customers of the Réserve des Monts d’Azur acknowledge that they have the capacity to enter into a contract under the conditions described in the general terms and conditions of sale presented below, i.e., they are of legal age and not under guardianship or curatorship.

All customers of the Réserve des Monts d’Azur acknowledge that they have read the terms and conditions of sale before placing their order.

All customers of the Réserve des Monts d’Azur acknowledge that they have read the internal regulations and safety conditions inherent to the Réserve des Monts d’Azur before entering the premises.

Therefore, placing an order or purchasing tickets implies their full acceptance of the general and specific terms and conditions of sale of the Réserve des Monts d’Azur and their unreserved acceptance of all their provisions.

1.3 Price Display

All prices are displayed in Euros. VAT is always included.

1.3.1: Horse-drawn carriage or walking safari:

Our prices for the horse-drawn carriage or walking safari include a one-hour and fifteen-minute tour for the horse-drawn carriage safari and a two-hour tour for the guided walking safari, each accompanied by a professional guide. Visiting hours are fixed but may be subject to change depending on site attendance.

The duration of visits may change from year to year, according to the management needs of the Monts d’Azur Reserve. The duration of visits and the corresponding price will always be clearly indicated.

Visitors with valid entrance tickets have free access to the children’s play areas, the bar and snack bar, as well as our Eco-friendly Boutique.

However, access to the accommodations and the natural pool is prohibited.

1.3.2: Our Stays in Standard or Superior Rooms:

Our stays in standard or superior rooms include one night’s accommodation and breakfast. However, packages may vary from year to year, and the details, content of the service, and price will always be clearly displayed.

Our rates do not include drinks, except for those offered by Management and mentioned in the booking contract.

Our guests have free access to the children’s play areas, the bar and snack bar, our eco-friendly boutique, and the natural pool.

1.3.3: Our eco-lodge stays:

Our eco-lodge stays include a half-board overnight stay in an eco-lodge, as well as a guided walking safari.

We remind you that any unused service cannot be deducted or replaced with another service in our stay packages. Our rates do not include drinks, except for those offered by Management and mentioned in the booking contract.

Our guests have free access to the children’s play areas, the bar and snack bar, our eco-friendly boutique, and the natural pool.

1.4: Conditions of Access to the Reserve’s Facilities:

To ensure the tranquility of the site, the animals, and our visitors, we inform you that the following are strictly prohibited:

– Picnics. Our receptionists will direct you to nearby picnic areas.

– All pets.

1.4.1: The Natural Pool:

Access to the natural pool is permitted from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

It is strictly reserved for guests staying in our rooms or eco-lodges and is prohibited to all other persons.

Children are only permitted if accompanied and supervised by an adult who knows how to swim.

Management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident.

1.4.2: Playgrounds:

The playgrounds, made available to our visitors, are freely accessible to all visitors with a valid admission ticket.

Their use is under the supervision and responsibility of parents.

Management declines all liability in the event of an accident.

1.5 Payment Methods

Our individual rates, as well as group rates and ticketing rates for works councils and similar organizations, are subject to slight changes during the season.

The Réserve des Monts d’Azur accepts Carte Bleue, Visa, and Euro cards.
